Exalting himself as the wizard of tickling feet, the master tickler metes out a double dose of tickle torture on his tightly bound hostage. While tormenting the tender soles of her feet, he inflicts a brutal tickling on her underarms. Her legs are restrained at ankle and thigh, her arms at wrist and elbow, so she has little room for movement and must suffer his ministrations helplessly, her bare breasts jiggling with the electrifying onslaught. But Bubbles here is a spirited lass. The more he tortures her the more she giggles with glee, and the more she laughs the harder he tickles. It’s a vicious cycle, albeit a highly stimulating one, in which both tickler and ticklee are unyielding in their quest for a higher pleasure…and from which the viewer gains the greatest pleasure of all!
